Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Dailyhunt is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate-level position, the Web Chat Officer will be responsible for managing online customer interactions through web chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and drive.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate any technical issues or customer feedback to the appropriate team - Assist in the development of knowledge base articles to improve self-service options for customers - Meet and exceed performance goals related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Energetic and driven personality - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service best practices - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
