Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Rupeek is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our dynamic team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, the Remote Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately through web chat - Provide product information and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and resolving any outstanding issues - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable with the ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach - Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations - Proficient in using web chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
