Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and confident individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer at Moglix in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, resolve issues, and offer support. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries. 3. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to web chat. 6. Provide leadership within the team and contribute to a positive working environment. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 3. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms. 5. A strong sense of autonomy and independence, with a willingness to take initiative. 6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
