Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Lendingkart is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work from home in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate level Web Chat Officer, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are confident, independent, skilled in planning, and have strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat platforms - Resolve customer complaints and build positive relationships with customers through excellent service - Utilize effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
