Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Officer at Jio Platforms, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat support. This is a work from home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal. You will be an integral part of our customer service team and will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This is an entry-level position, requiring at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals

Requirements: - Passionate and resourceful - Attention to detail - People management skills - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
