Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description: One97 Communications is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This position is part-time at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, resilient, possess strong analytical skills, and excel in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support through web chat on various platforms. 2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner. 4. Offer product recommendations and upsell when appropriate. 5. Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and strive for excellence in every interaction. 7. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in web chat platforms and CRM software. 7. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
