Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Stellapps, a leading technology company in the dairy industry, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Dedicated and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent analysis and strategic planning skills - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in basic computer skills and web chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
