As a Web Chat Representative at Zomato in Kolkata, West Bengal, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through online chat and provide exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries or require assistance with their orders, so excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and processing payments - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools - Independent and self-motivated with a passion for customer service - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Adaptability to handle changing priorities and challenging situations
