Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Dailyhunt is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and independent, with strong teamwork and project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues or concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalations. 4. Utilize data and analytics to track performance and improve customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet or exceed key performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction. 7. Assist in other customer service tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency with web chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
