Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Simplilearn is seeking a Web Chat Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or sales. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through web chat, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via web chat in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Recognize and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated personality traits - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Proficiency in computer systems and web chat platforms
