Job Description:

As a Web Chat Specialist at 1mg, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders, product information, or general inquiries. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also be responsible for problem-solving and decision-making in order to resolve customer issues effectively. You will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
