Job Description:

We are seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time Associate Level Web Chat Specialist at Icertis, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform. You will engage with customers in real-time, answer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist with troubleshooting technical problems and guide customers through solutions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products - Meet or exceed performance goals for response times, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or sales - Hardworking and energetic personality - Excellent planning and time management skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and technology - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
