Job Description: We are looking for a resilient and dedicated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Nykaa in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience through web chat interactions.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat. 2. Assist customers with product recommendations, order tracking, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Utilize knowledge of Nykaa's products and services to effectively support customers. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved inquiries. 7. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product offerings. 8. Provide feedback to the team on customer trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement. 9. Meet individual and team performance goals set by management. 10. Continuously improve web chat skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a web chat or online support role. 2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating cooperation and collaboration. 5. Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM software. 6. Resilient attitude towards handling difficult customers and challenging situations. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 8. Fluent in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
