Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Icertis in Delhi, IN. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining records of chats - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Continuously learning about new products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of CRM systems and web chat platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
