Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

FirstCry is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Delhi. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the web chat platform - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, orders, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customer problems - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality responses - Follow company guidelines and protocols for chat interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong project management skills - Excellent critical thinking abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities - Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills
