Web Chat Specialist

Job Description: One97 Communications is seeking a resilient and passionate Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Use decision-making skills to handle complex customer situations - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Excellent written communication skills - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members - Ability to make quick and sound decisions in a fast-paced environment - Resilient attitude to handle challenging customer interactions - Passion for providing top-notch customer service
