Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Tech Mahindra is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a Web Chat Specialist working from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to queries in a timely and professional manner - Utilize decision-making skills to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Meet performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and decision-making skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
