Job Description - Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


BookMyShow is seeking a dedicated and driven Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, assisting with various tasks to ensure their satisfaction and overall experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identifying and resolving customer concerns and escalations effectively. 3. Collaborating with other team members to address customer feedback and improve processes. 4. Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks as needed. 5. Providing creative solutions to customer problems and inquiries. 6. Handling customer complaints with a customer-centric approach and aiming for first call resolution. 7. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to think creatively. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
