Job Description:

Sun Pharma is seeking a part-time Support Assistant to join our remote team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Entry Level Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, and phone. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Utilize various software and tools to assist customers efficiently. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support delivery. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer support or related field. 2. Driven and independent personality traits. 3. Adaptability to changing situations and environments. 4. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work well in a remote team environment.
