Job Description:
Cleartrip, a leading online travel company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a part-time Support Assistant to join our remote team. This position is at an Associate Level and requires at least 4 years of experience in a customer support or related role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including email, chat, and phone. 2. Resolve customer inquiries or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 3. Process refunds, cancellations, and any other customer requests accurately. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation for internal and external use. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the support team. 7. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and independent mindset to handle challenging customer interactions effectively. 2. Strong negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and disputes. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Experience working in a remote environment and comfortable with remote collaboration tools. 6. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. 7. Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required.
