Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Meesho is currently seeking a Support Associate to join our team on a remote basis. The Support Associate will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and assistance. This position is part-time and will be based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries and issues promptly and effectively via email, chat, or phone - Provide solutions to customer problems and escalate issues as needed - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes - Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance metrics - Maintain a high level of knowledge about Meesho products and services - Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Strategic planning and research skills - Bachelor's degree preferred
