Job Description:
Amazon India is seeking a dedicated and independent Support Associate to work remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This part-time entry-level position involves providing support to customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 3. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer service. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
