Job Description:
Microsoft India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of remote support professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate a team of remote support professionals to achieve key performance indicators and deliver high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner. 5. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and innovation within the support organization. 7. Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft products and services to provide expert support and guidance to customers. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 8 years of experience in a customer support or service management role. 3. Strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 6. Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software.
