Job Description:
Dream11 is seeking a dedicated Support Manager to join our remote team in Delhi, IN. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists who assist our customers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor key performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary to ensure team success - Train new team members on company processes and procedures - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and feedback - Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a support management role - Proven track record of success in a remote work environment - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
