Job Description:
HCL Technologies is seeking a passionate and reliable Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Manager in remote work setup, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of support staff who provide technical assistance and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of support specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client support needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address escalated issues and resolve customer concerns. 5. Analyze support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support processes. 8. Work closely with the remote team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a support or customer service role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing situations. 5. Experience in team management and performance evaluation. 6. Proficiency in using support tools and systems. 7. Ability to work independently and remotely. 8. Experience in IT support or related field is a plus. 9. Willingness to pursue excellence and set high standards for achievement.
