Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a dedicated Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As an Entry Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and live chat. 2. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate and timely solutions. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate channels. 4. Maintain customer records and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Continuously strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction metrics. 7. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support is preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Driven and hardworking personality traits are essential for success in this role. 4. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. People management skills to handle difficult customer interactions effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
