As a Support Representative for Google India, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients remotely from your location in Delhi, India. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Google products and services. 3. Educate customers on product features and functionality. 4. Document customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution times. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements: 1. Passionate and customer-focused with a high level of confidence. 2. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills. 3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 6. Experience working with CRM systems and ticketing tools. 7. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
