Job Description:

Cred is seeking a motivated and adaptable Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Delhi, Delhi, IN. As an Entry Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent
