Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at Simplilearn. This is a part-time remote work position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various channels such as email, chat, and phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers 3. Assist with customer account management and billing inquiries 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues 5. Maintain customer records and documentation accurately 6. Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues 7. Provide feedback to improve customer support processes and procedures 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or related field 2. Reliable and resilient personality traits 3. Strong time management and cooperation skills 4. Excellent communication skills 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment 6. Knowledge of CRM software and help desk systems 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
