Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

AgroStar is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to both internal and external customers. You will be working closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and effective technical support to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Assist in testing new software features and updates - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and energetic personality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent cooperation and critical thinking skills - Experience with CRM systems and ticketing systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
