Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is currently seeking a Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues - Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and motivated personality traits - Persuasion and adaptability soft skills - Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace for remote work
