Job Description:
Lenskart is seeking a passionate and driven Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time entry-level role is perfect for someone with no prior experience looking to kickstart their career in the customer support industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and technical support. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for product and process improvement based on customer feedback. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Driven to succeed and grow in a fast-paced environment. 3.
