Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

FirstCry is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat on our website.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Assist customers with product information, ordering, and general support - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and understanding - Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the web chat experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude - Strong teamwork and project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in typing and navigating web-based systems - Availability to work remotely during specified hours
