**Requirements:** - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Resourceful and resilient attitude to handle challenging customer situations. - Strong creativity and leadership skills to think outside the box and lead customers to solutions. - Excellent written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working remotely and independently. - Proficiency in web chat software and online tools.
