Job Description:

Ather Energy, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Web Chat Assistant to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates to have at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a prompt and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with online purchases. 3. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Manage and update customer databases with accurate information. 5. Assist with any other tasks related to web chat support as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and fluency in written English. 2. Strong project management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 3. Good people management skills to effectively assist customers from diverse backgrounds. 4. Proficiency in using web chat software and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
