Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Maruti Suzuki India Limited is looking for a Web Chat Associate to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate Level role, we are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize resources and tools to efficiently assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a positive light
