Rebel Foods, a leading online food delivery platform, is currently seeking a talented Web Chat Manager to join our remote team based in Delhi, IN. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our web chat platform to ensure exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of web chat agents to provide timely and effective support to customers. 2. Monitor and analyze web chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience on the web chat platform. 4.
