Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Officer at Indian Oil Corporation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through the company's products and services. You will also need to engage with customers proactively to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.

Responsibilities: - Manage online chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if needed - Proactively engage with customers to identify sales opportunities - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to analyze customer needs - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Experience with online chat platforms is a plus
