Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Adani Group is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team remotely from Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through web chat, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience and drive customer satisfaction - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated individual with a passion for customer service - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing - Innovative problem solver who can think on their feet and provide creative solutions - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working remotely and using online communication tools
