Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rupeek is looking for a remote part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and motivated, with strong cooperation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our web chat platform. 2. Assist customers with account issues, product information, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 6. Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM tools. 6. Adaptable and motivated with a cooperative and leadership mindset.
