NoBroker is seeking a passionate and energetic Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote and based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, who is resilient and has a creative and innovative mindset.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming web chat inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate responses. 2. Assist customers in navigating our website and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Communicate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Identify opportunities for improvement in our web chat processes and suggest innovative solutions. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Previous experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using web chat software and other online communication tools. 5. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 6. Creative and innovative thinking skills.
