Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at OYO Rooms. This is a remote work position based in Delhi, India. As an Entry Level Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. - Analyze data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for digital channels. - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital platforms. - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in data analysis and reporting. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Resourceful and adaptable with a strong sense of time management and decision-making skills.
