Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Urban Ladder is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in executing various projects and campaigns to promote our brand and drive sales.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet company objectives. 2. Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms. 3. Assist in the coordination of marketing events and promotions. 4. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior trends. 5. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. 6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. 7. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 3. Strong communication and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 6. Soft skills in cooperation and persuasion. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
