Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at Indian Oil Corporation. This is a remote work position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with various tasks and projects to help drive the company's marketing objectives.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns - Coordinate and execute marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media posts, and advertising - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth - Assist in creating marketing materials and collateral - Support the marketing team in organizing events and promotional activities - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Independent and driven personality - Strong creative skills and ability to think outside the box - Excellent decision-making skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
