Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

HCL Technologies is seeking a motivated and independent Marketing Associate to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This position will report to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. 2. Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. 3. Manage and update social media channels, including content creation and engagement with followers. 4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 5. Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other marketing activities. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels. 7. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and digital media.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 3. Strong writing and communication skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools. 5. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 8. Experience with social media management and digital marketing is a plus.
