Job Description:

Box8 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. As an Entry Level Digital Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO) - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize results and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content that aligns with branding and marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the most effective strategies are being used - Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Driven and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the field - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
