Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Xiaomi India is seeking a part-time Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. The Remote Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and online advertising - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization - Manage the company's online presence and oversee website content and SEO strategy - Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Report on key metrics and performance to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media and online advertising - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Resilient and independent, able to work effectively in a remote environment - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
