Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Tata Motors is seeking a passionate and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time entry level position, the Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Tata Motors products and services - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement - Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotions - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a marketing or related field - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and connect with target audiences - Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - Passion for marketing and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
