Job Description:

Shaadi.com, a leading match-making company based in Bangalore, is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our services to potential customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation. 3. Assist in creating and editing marketing materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and present findings to the team. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. 6. Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities. 7. Maintain organized records of marketing materials and campaigns.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. 3. Strong research skills and attention to detail. 4. Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Driven and energetic personality traits.
