Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Wipro is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and driven, with excellent project management skills and a strong ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Help organize and execute marketing events and campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in a marketing role - Strong project management skills - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently
